Exchange & Refund

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once the order has been confirmed, unless the received order is damaged or incorrect. This policy applies to all of our products.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

غير متاح إمكانية إرجاع أو استبدال أو استرداد الأموال لأي من المنتجات بعد تأكيد الطلب، إلا في حال كان الطلب المستلم تالفًا أو غير صحيح. تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع منتجاتنا.

Payment Methods

• Orders are paid through Cash on Delivery (COD).
• If you prefer to pay via InstaPay, full payment must be transferred in advance before the order is processed.

Processing Time

Orders usually take between 5–7 business days to be prepared and shipped.

مدة تجهيز واستلام الطلبات

تستغرق الطلبات عادةً من 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل للتجهيز والشحن.

Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their order through WhatsApp within 12 hours of being contacted by our team for order confirmation.
• After 12 hours, the order will be considered confirmed and can no longer be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos of:

• The product received
• The packaging
• The issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution if the issue is confirmed.

وبعد مراجعة الحالة، سنقوم بتوفير بديل أو حل مناسب في حال تم تأكيد المشكلة.
